Kiraia opens soon. Bookings are not available yet: a question, a dress to offer? Email us at contact@kiraia.com.
How it works
Kiraia is a shared wardrobe with a real place: the hub in Anderlecht, Brussels. Owners deposit their dresses there, you come to try them on and pick them up, then you bring them back. Here are the steps.
1. You choose a dress and a date
Browse the dresses by category, occasion, size or colour. Give the date of your event: Kiraia shows your pick-up and return dates, aligned with the hub's opening days, and the total price. Booking charges nothing.
2. You try on at the hub
Book a fitting at the hub in Anderlecht. Try the dress you booked and, if you wish, other dresses from the hub. If it does not fit, you switch. The team is there to advise you.
3. You pay at the counter and leave with the dress
Payment is made at the hub when you pick up: card or cash, never online. A deposit may be asked for a rental, according to the rules. You leave with the dress in its garment bag.
4. You wear it, then bring it back
After the event, you bring the dress back to the hub on the agreed date, as it is: cleaning is handled there. The dress's condition is noted on return. If you bought the dress, it is yours.
